Our Strength

Staff have previously donated their services to conduct educational programs in schools and assisted in the renovation activities of community services.
Education Programs
Ongoing staff education are essential in our business both for the company and the individual.
- All technical staff participate in SE Europe Geoscience Foundation (the "Foundation") activities. The Foundation brings talented educators and scientist from around the world to bring the latest science to SE Europe and this provides an exceptional opportunity for our staff to learn from recognized experts in various fields.
- We run intensive (8 hours per day for four weeks) English classes with professional teachers. Good English is important as it's the common language across borders and the language of the most important scientific publications.
- We run educational field trips and in-house workshops for technical staff. The purpose of these activities is to increase the scientific knowledge and understanding of our personnel. The benefits for the company are obvious - increased business success. The benefits for staff are numerous including increased opportunity for advancement and a heightened sense of accomplishment.
