Our company  is committed to creating a natural resource business that is built on the foundations of responsible business practice and sustainable development. 

'Sustainable development is development that meets the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs.'

We incorporate these concepts into all of our business activities from exploration planning and execution through operations, site closure and reclamation.  Our objective is not only to enhance the quality of life for our employees, communities and society but also to conduct our operations in such a manner that we preserve our shared natural resources for future generations.

Achieving these high goals in the natural resources business is challenging and requires dedicated and innovative management and a high level of involvement and consultation with our partners - local communities and governments. 

Sustainable development is fundamental to our business and to all our exploration and development decisions.  Our success in SE Europe depends increasingly on the success and benefits we bring to our local communities.  In short, this means creating employment and focusing economic benefit locally.  To achieve our sustainable development goals we have set high standards; we have developed detailed documentation for our field staff and have incorporated environmental reporting at the earliest stages of our operations.  We will carry this forward throughout the development process.
