Recent drillhole results have extended the strike of the high grade Breznik gold-silver deposit from 600 metres to nearly 1000 metres. Results from this program include 1 meter at 16.66 g/t gold; 1 meter at 21.11 g/t gold and 12 g/t silver, followed by 1 meter at 12.08 g/t gold, 1 meter at 8.57 g/t gold and 22/t silver; and 6 meters at 5.50 g/t gold.

EurOmax announces that the sale of its Bulagou Property in China to Chenzhou Mining Group Co. Ltd. (listed on the Shenzhen stock exchange) closed on July 16, 2009. The total proceeds from the sale of the Property net of withholding taxes were US$ 15. EurOmax previously received an advance payment on the sale of US$ 13.5.

EurOmax has received US$13,531,418 as an advance payment on the sale of its Bulagou property in China. This advance payment represents approximately 90% of the funds from the sale of the property after withholding taxes. The sale is expected to close during July 2009 at which time the remaining 10% of the sale price of approximately US$1.46 million will be received by the Company.

In the Arrangement, each outstanding common share of Silk Road will be exchanged for 2.2535 common shares of EurOmax and Silk Road will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of EurOmax.

EurOmax Acquires Gold-Silver Projects

EurOmax Resources Limited (TSX-V: EOX) is pleased to announce that it has entered into an agreement with International Resource Holdings Limited to acquire all of the shares of Thrace Resources EOOD. Thrace owns the Breznik and Rakitovo gold-silver projects in Bulgaria. The Breznik project has a JORC (2004) code (similar to NI 43-101) compliant Indicated and Inferred Mineral Resource estimate. The total Indicated resource at a cut-off of 0.5 grams per tonne is 1.08 million tonnes at 2.01 grams per tonne gold and 6.05 grams per tonne silver, containing 70,000 ounces of gold, 210,000 ounces of silver. The inferred mineral resource at a 0.5 grams per tonne cut-off grade is 0.69 million tonnes at 1.79 grams per tonne gold and 5.66 grams per tonne silver, containing 40,000 ounces of gold and 125,000 ounces of silver.
