EurOmax Resources Ltd. and Silk Road Resources Ltd. announce that the previously announced business combination by way of plan of arrangement was completed effective as of June29, 2009. Silk Road's shares will be delisted effective as of June 30, 2009.

EurOmax Resources Ltd. and Silk Road Resources Ltd. today announced that they have entered into a definitive agreement pursuant to which EurOmax and Silk Road will combine by way of a plan of arrangement further to the business combination announced by the companies on February 23, 2009.

Road Resources Ltd. (SIL.V: News ) said Friday that is has obtained an unsecured loan in the aggregate amount of US$690,000 from a group of individual lenders. The company announced previously that it is pursuing a proposed business combination with EurOmax Resources Ltd. and realizing the full value of the project is a strategic component of the proposed business combination.
